Topics such as the already implemented “faster funds availability” for ALL ACH transactions, and the addition of a new window for Same Day ACH (SDA) allowing two more hours for the SDA functionality, going into effect in 2021, PLUS, details on increasing the per-transaction limit for each SDA Entry will also be discussed. RDFI’s will need to change their process when returning unauthorized Entries with the reclassifying of Return Reason Code R11.
In addition, ACH Risk management and quality measures with Rules changes for supplemented security requirements for WEB debits AND the addition of supplementing the existing account information security requirements for large Originators and Third Parties.
