Mark holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation (Canada) and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
Mark has also been part of and conducted Audits and Compliance - form I9, Handbook, FLSA, section 125 benefits, OSHA 300A, ACA compliance and 1095 & 1094 forms, EEOC-1 reporting.
