Cyndi Dodge, VP of Human Resources, for Solomon Colors, Inc., is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of HR experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality industries. She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies enabling Solomon Colors, Inc. to engage their employees and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Cyndi specializes in talent management, staffing, employee benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. 
Cyndi served as the Director of Human Resources for Vibra Hospital of Springfield until its closure in January 2019. Before that, she served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Tharaldson Hospitality Management. These positions included responsibilities for developing and implementing onboarding and training programs, performance management, employee retention, benefits management, and employee relations policies on both local and national levels. In addition, Cyndi also has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal before deciding to focus her career on human resources. 
Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) with an additional certification specializing in California HR (PHRca), as well as being certified through the Society for Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).   In addition, she holds her HR certification in the United Kingdom through CIPD as a Chartered Member.   

Cyndi recently relocated to Aberdeen, Scotland where she lives with her husband, Jim, who is pursuing a PhD in law.   She has two grown children, a son, Jay, and his wife, Emily, a daughter, Adrienne, and four beautiful grandchildren.    Outside of work and family, Cyndi loves to travel and is a talented knitter.
