Casandra Reid is an experienced Human Resources professional with 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Having worked for her local government, she has facilitated city-wide training for the Employee Performance Review Program. Her most recent corporate assignment includes serving as the Human Resources Program Manager for a department of 1500+ employees. She leads a team of subordinate staff and oversees various Human Resources Programs, including Hiring and Performance Management, Payroll, Occupational Health and Safety, and Training and Development. With her competencies in career coaching, she is the course creator for: “Purposefully & Passionately Pivot: From Employee to Entrepreneur,” her flagship program where she uses the Passion, Interest, Experience (PIE) Principle ™ to help aspiring entrepreneurs quickly identify their zone of genius, confidently package their Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) into an irresistible offer, and Launch their Brilliance.

Her academic pursuits include an undergraduate degree in Management Studies and education, a graduate degree in Human Resource Management (MBA), and a post-graduate certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

A champion for making an impact, she competed in the 2022 FabOver40 competition and charity fundraiser in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. Following eight (8) rounds of the competition alongside thousands of other fabulous women worldwide, she placed as a Top 10 Finalist and was featured on the FabOver40 homepage. Her efforts have helped to raise awareness and thousands of dollars to aid those affected by cancer. She is the Founder and CEO of Elegance & Impact LLC, a luxurious, handmade clutch brand. Elegance & Impact LLC uses a percentage of each sale to create cosmetic purses and sponsor personal care items for disfranchised ladies residing in group homes and women’s shelters.
