California Governor issues 'stay at home' orders to all the residents amidst the outbreak

California Governor Galvin Newson declared a statewide stay at home orders concerning coronavirus scare. While declaring the orders, Newson said, "We need to bend the curve in the state of California", he also added, "There’s a social contract here, people I think recognize the need to do more ... They will begin to adjust and adapt as they have been quite significantly. We will have social pressure and that will encourage people to do the right thing."

As per the orders, all dine-in restaurants, gyms and fitness, bars, clubs, and studios will be closed. The orders further declared cancellations of public events and any gatherings that require a large number of people coming together, however, essential services such as pharmacies, takeout, and delivery restaurants, banks, and grocery stores will stay open amidst the orders.
