The E-Commerce Giant Amazon has warned its staff to step back from criticizing the company's policies over climate change and the expansion of its cloud computing technologies to oil and gas companies.

Upon the staged protestation of its employees, Amazon has framed new policies that shall deliberately terminate the employees who continue their protests. "It's our moral responsibility to speak up, and the changes to the communications policy are censoring us from exercising that responsibility," said Sarah Tracy, a Software Development Engineer at Amazon.
